Salt is an essential element to life. A mineral that maintains electrolyte balance and stabilises electrical activity within your meat suit. No salt no live. Within the last 40 years it's been given a bad rap by a misinformed public. To the point where we tried to eliminate it almost completely from our diets. Bad idea. Salt is great in moderation and much more beneficial than we even understand. Now to the point of the shirt. This was an on going joke with my father in law. His routine of salting everything he eats even before tasting. Things that unquestionably didn't need salt....like beer, fruit, pizza or pickled items. Especially cause he's had blood pressure related health issues. He was heavy handed too. One of his generous saltings was referred to as "around the world". If there is an audible crunch after you've seasoned your food....you probably over did it. I'd say "give yourself a chance man"...lol. Salty and sweet is really good too though. Chocolate covered pretzels are a game changer.
